• Math - 366: 6-14; 369: 6-14; 371: 1-8 (solve without using fraction bars)
• Math Review - Use Least Common Denominator/Add and Subtract Unlike Fractions

Notes:

• I assigned the Math Review homework from Chapter 19 Add and Subtract Fractions because we are beginning Chapter 20 Add and Subtract Mixed Numbers and many students did not do well on the Chapter 19 test. And we finished it before we began preparing for the STAR test, so it's a good refresher even for those students who did do well.
• The persuasive essay is due next Wednesday, May 9. I completely revised the grading rubric for this essay to align it with the new standards-based report card and gave it to the students today. They are to grade themselves and turn in the rubric with their completed essay. I will then read and grade the essay next to the student grade.
